A Properly Maintained Log Home

After meeting with the owners of this beautiful multi-million dollar log structure and taking into account the other homes in the development that had little to no maintenance in the past six years, we came up with a plan to bring their home back to new, and keep it there, making it a properly maintained log home.

With many man hours and the best products on the market, we media-blasted and cleaned the log structure, cleaned the decks, and then applied the many products that were needed to bring the home back to tip top shape.

One of the maintenance steps that was originally skipped that is not very well-known is the oiling of poplar bark. A large section of the poplar bark wall needed to be replaced due to lack of maintenance and proper guttering.

All the products (with proper maintenance) will keep this house looking like it was just built for many years to come.
