Refinish and Custom Chink Color

These home owners approached me as I was helping teach chinking and caulking installation at a Perma-chink Seminar in Knoxville, TN. They explained their difficulty with rot issues, and expressed their desire for a change from their old grey stain to Perma-Chink’s oak, with a custom chink color to complete their look!
